HV Logistics owns a plot of 6016 square meters located in the zone Gzenaya in Tangier Morocco. We will realize 2 projects on this.
Part 1 consists of a logistics hall of 1400 square meters with 560 square meters of office space and was delivered in March 2018 for leasing to an international logistics partner.
Part 2 consists of a logistics hall of 1550 square meters with 450 square meters of office space and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
